In our country Morocco, several dairy factories are placed in rural regions with a bad road network, which means that milk collection has significant impact on profit, affecting transport costs. Actually, the run logistics process been transformed from traditional farm to new cheese factory, so it’s needed efficient methods and models improve of production those units. For that, we will apply technologies such as internet things (IoT) big data collect analyze this information optimize delivery process. The main goal work is design smart decision method using logistics, reduce cost transportation density. This be based swarm artificial intelligence concept find calculate shortest path between units milk.
